Cancellation Policy
If you cannot take a lesson as scheduled with your teacher, you can reschedule the lesson without charge with 24 hours of advance notice. Rescheduling a lessons less than 24 hours before it was supposed to begin is possible only in case of an emergency.
If a lesson cannot take place because of technical problems on our side, it will also be rescheduled without charge.
