No Hidden Costs

Unlike other Spanish schools that offer online lessons, we do not charge a registration fee and you do not have to pay a monthly membership fee.

You pay only for the lessons you take.

The learning materials you need are online and you have access to them whenever you like. You do not need to buy textbooks or other class materials.

Last, but not least, your lessons don't expire in an unreasonably short time. From the date of purchase, you have a full year to take the lessons you've paid for.

Payment Options

PayPalPayPal is by far the most popular way to make payments online and most of our students use PayPal to pay for their Spanish lessons. It's quick, easy and safe, and you don't even need to have a PayPal account.

Paypal accepts credit cards and payments are handled directly on the PayPal website, which means that we do not see your credit card details.

Western UnionWe also accept payments by Western Union and bank transfer, if that's more convenient for you.

Scheduling Your Lessons

Lessons are available seven days a week, year round, anytime between 7 am and 9 pm Guatemalan time. Guatemala is on Central Time (GMT minus 6 hours) year round and does not observe daylight saving time.

You can schedule your lessons with our online course coordinator or directly with your teacher.

You don't need to schedule all your lessons at the time of purchase. Taking it a week at a time, or even just a few days, is fine with us. We are flexible and can set up your lessons so they fit your schedule. Generally, we do need 24 hours of advance notice, though.

Cancellation Policy

Lessons you cannot take as scheduled can be rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours of advance notice.

Lessons that are canceled with less than 24 hours of advance notice cannot be rescheduled and we cannot give you a refund. The same applies if you are not online when the lesson is supposed to begin. We might make an exception in case of an emergency, though.

If a lesson cannot take place because of technical problems on our side, it will of course be rescheduled free of charge.

What Our Students Say ...

Ron Gunter

Ana Lucia is the best teacher I have ever had. I took 3 Spanish classes at my University and have had another online teacher from another company but nobody is as good as Ana Lucia. She is very patient and very good at explaining things I never understood from other teachers. In fact, because of how much I like the online classes, I am going to spend a week at the school when I go to Guatemala a month from now.

Anyone that is serious about learning Spanish should try their online classes, they are affordable and it is as if the teacher were sitting beside you.

Jay Puppo

I love Ixchel and my tutors Ana and Mariela. The online courses fit my schedule and I find the staff very accommodating. Plus, my Spanish is improving!

I can't wait to bring my family to Guatemala this summer to study in person.
